“In July of 2007 I was cruising along preparing for my 24th marathon when a mishap with my kayak blew out two lower discs. Suddenly I could hardly walk, had two epidurals, saw surgeons and rehab folks when a local sports medicine doctor referred me to Gil. Fast forward to today--after working with Gil since mid 2007 the discs went back where they belong (to the amazement of my GP!), my back is better than it has been for 25 years, my balance is far better and I can jog again.
