Private Session - $60/single session or $275/5 sessions
Are you a beginner, do you have special needs or simply want the quickest results? A private session is the ultimate! Each workout is designed for the specific needs of the client, from rehabing an injury to improving athletic performance. During each workout the client is closely observed, precise instructions are given for improving form and perfecting technique. Look for monthly specials on the GO Pilates calendar.

Duet - $40 per person/class or $175 per person/5 classes
Two individuals who are at the same level work out together. Exercises can include the use of all equipment; reformers, stability chairs, cadillacs, barrels and matwork. Workouts are set up by appointment.

Reformer Trio - $30 per person or $100/4 classes (class card)
Three individuals of similar ability and experience workout on 3 reformers at the same time. Class days/times are listed on the calendar. Pre-registration is required. Sign-up sheets are at GO Pilates studio. If you’d like to start a class with 2 friends contact Gil for more info.

Pilates Circuit - $15/single or $65/5 (class card)
Small group training. 4-6 people workout on a variety of pilates equipment. Individuals rotate through “stations” that are interspersed with cardio and balance challenges. Please try to sign up at least the day before. Stations need to be planned and set up ahead of time. Mat and equipment experience necessary.

Mat Plus - $10/single or $45/5 (class card)
Matwork with small equipment; the fitness circle, toning balls, stability balls, bands, foam roller or BOSU ball. Mat experience necessary. Class size limited to 6. Pre-registraion required.

Mat Basics and Beginning Mat - $10/single or $45/5 (class card)
In Beginning Mat, first-timers will learn the pilates principles inside and out. In Basics, you hone your pilates skills, learn precision, gain strength and control, improve your flexiblity and become more graceful as you practice these foundational exercises that will transform your body. Sign up.

Mat (Levels 1, 2, 3) - $10/single or $45/5 (class card)
Build on your foundation. Improve strength and endurance. Challenge your coordination and mind/body control. Start to flow from one exercise to the next. Levels become increasingly faster paced. Sign up.
